When I was invited to have a facial with the founder and developer of Celgenics I happily accepted. Having been in the industry myself for over 22 years I seldom accept invitations for facials so quickly as being trained myself in over 25 brands I rarely come across any facials which really wow me, however having learned about Marian’s background and about the skin care range I was very excited to find out more.
I traveled to Marian’s practice which is just a short walk away from Wimbledon train station for a ninety minute Celgenics facial with Marian herself.
Marian is a nutritionist, craniosacral therapist and Kinesiologist who has been practicing for over 20 years. Her skincare range Celgenics was first conceived when a client of hers told her she was suffering with allergies to conventional skincare because of the parabens and sodium lauryl sulfate.
Marian had been using flower and homeopathic remedies as well as gemstones in her treatments so she decided to make a cream for her client formulated without parabens or toxic chemicals. As a result of seeing nothing short of amazing results her client asked Marian to make more cream for her eight sisters who lived in Dublin and that’s where it all began.
As a therapist and beauty expert myself I’m finding more and more people are becoming more sensitive to products, its either that or possibly skincare products are becoming more toxic, either way many people are looking for skincare which are naturally based which are without toxic chemicals which still give results.
It isn’t however always easy to sometimes get sufficient results from skin care who claim to be completely natural without parabens. However Celgenics is completely different to other skin care as not only are they paraben , sodium lauryl sulfate and toxic chemical free, they carry vibrational information from homeopathic remedies such as collagen and hyaluronic acid for repair and rejuvenation, they carry specific frequencies for skin regeneration and have the healing properties of gemstones and flower remedies.
Marian says “The underlying theory behind Celgenics is based on the fact that every cell in the body vibrates at a particular frequency and emits energy. Disease and the ageing process alter the vibratory resonance of cells and tissues including our biggest organ, the skin.”

Having had great success using Australian Bush Remedies and Bach Remedies as well as developing a facial for a major brand using gemstones myself in the past I knew I had to try this skincare range and experience a facial with Marian.
I was expecting to have a very good facial with Marian because of her experience and knowing about the background of the products thinking it would be a usual facial with cleanse, tone, a bit of exfoliation and a mask with a good facial massage however I was completely blown away by the facial I had. I had never experienced such an amazing facial in my whole life or career as a therapist and I have trained some of the best therapists in many different countries.
From the very moment Marian started the facial right until the very end she treated every single movement with care and attention, the way she handled my head and the muscles on my face you could tell Marian was a cranio sacral therapist and Kinesiologist.
Marian used cold lasers which she told me would help stimulate my skin’s collagen synthesis, increase lymphatic drainage and bring about general blood circulation. She also used a combination of highly effective facial massage movements. She worked on one side of my face first so I could see the immediate effects of the facial. The result on the one side she worked on was absolutely amazing, she side she’d worked on looked more lifted, my skin looked more plumped, re-energised and brighter.
After working on the other side of my face to even me out (thank goodness) Marian showed my skin again and the only way I can explain it is I felt Marian had reset my skin to how it was when I was a baby. I was so happy with the results and it was almost unbelievable that I had baby skin again which was full of life, energy, elasticity and vibrancy.
Marian’s Celgenics facial is a facial like no other, currently priced at just £90 for ninety minutes for a facial which appears to have reset my skin to when I was a baby is a very small price to pay.
After having the facial I didn’t want to use any other products other than Celgenics on my skin. I have seen the results of flower and homeopathic remedies and gemstones in the past and the combination of these together is an ‘energy recipe’ for great looking skin.
I can honestly say the Calgenics facial I had with Marian was the best facial I’ve ever experienced. Anyone wishing to reset their skin back to when they were a baby should because that’s how my skin looked and felt after my facial.

When I was seventeen years old my skin was terrible, it would breakout all the time and was really shiny especially around my t-zone area. As a beauty therapist starting out it was not an ideal situation as my job was to help people achieve beautiful skin but here was I with terrible skin.
